Lucas Kohls brings a unique perspective to Savage Sports Management through his experience as both a high-level player and coach. A former NAHL and ECHL player, Lucas understands firsthand the commitment, challenges, and dedication required to advance through the junior and professional hockey ranks.

Following his playing career, Lucas transitioned into coaching, serving as an assistant coach in the NAHL before continuing his coaching career in Minnesota high school hockey. His experience developing players and evaluating talent allows him to provide valuable insight into the skills, habits, and mindset necessary for long-term success.

As a Player Development Advocate with Savage Sports Management, Lucas is committed to helping athletes and their families navigate the hockey journey with honest guidance, mentorship, and a player-first approach. Drawing from his experience as both a player and coach, he is passionate about helping athletes maximize their potential and pursue opportunities at the next level.
