Tyler Uravage

Founder • Hockey Advisor

As a former General Manager in the North American Hockey League (NAHL), Tyler has extensive experience evaluating players, building rosters, recruiting talent, and working alongside coaches, scouts, and advisors. Having been involved in the decision-making process behind player advancement, he understands what organizations are truly looking for and uses that knowledge to help athletes maximize their opportunities.

In addition to his hockey background, Tyler earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from St. Olaf College, worked as a personal trainer, and is completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. His education and experience provide a unique understanding of athletic performance, injury prevention, biomechanics, and long-term player development.

What sets Tyler apart is his commitment to honesty and relationships. He believes every player deserves clear, objective feedback—not false promises. If a player is ready for the next level, he’ll explain why. If they’re not, he’ll provide a plan to help them get there. His goal is to build lasting relationships based on trust while helping every athlete make informed decisions that lead to long-term success, both on and off the ice.
